Questions tutors ask.

Can tutors see each other's rates or payouts?

No. Tutor accounts only see their own students, sessions, and notes. Rates and payouts are owner-only by default. Owners can grant elevated permissions on a per-tutor basis if needed.

How do payouts work for the tutors I employ?

Each tutor connects their own Stripe account and parent payments split automatically — your 1% Crestio fee plus your tutor's percentage. You see the full ledger; tutors see only their own payouts.

What if I grow past 5 tutors?

Move to the Growth plan ($129/mo, up to 15 tutors). Same product, more seats, priority support. Past 15 tutors: email lenin@crestio.ai for a custom plan.
