Why you got an email from Crestio.
Your child's tutor uses Crestio to manage sessions, notes, and invoices. You don't need to download anything or learn how Crestio works. Click the link your tutor sent you to see your child's notes or pay an invoice.
What Crestio does for your tutor.
Crestio is software your tutor uses to keep their tutoring practice organised. It's where they log every session, write notes, generate lesson plans, and send invoices.
When your tutor wants to share something with you — a polished session note, an invoice, a piece of homework — they send it to you through Crestio. Crestio handles the email and the link.
What it means for you.
You don't need a Crestio account to use it. Most parents never sign in. They get an email when their child has a new session note, click the link, and see what their child did that week.
If you'd like a portal where you can see all your children's sessions, message your tutor, and pay invoices in one place — your tutor can invite you. It's optional.
Your privacy.
Your tutor controls what you see. Crestio doesn't sell or share your data, doesn't show ads, and never trains AI on your child's notes.
If your tutor stops using Crestio, your data goes with them — they can export everything as CSV. Crestio doesn't keep parent data after a tutor leaves the platform.
Questions about your data? Email support@crestio.ai or ask your tutor — they have full control.
Looking for a session note or an invoice?
The link your tutor sent you in email goes straight to it. If you've lost the email, ask your tutor to resend it — they can do it in one tap from inside Crestio.
